What are the Check-IN and Check-OUT times?
- Check-IN is available from 08:00, and the room is available by 14:00.
- Check-OUT is by 10:00 on the day of departure (including the parking space).
What are the breakfast and dinner times?
- Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:30 in the panoramic room on the 4th floor.
- Dinner entrance is from 19:30 to 20:15 in the restaurant on the ground floor.
Traveling with a small child, how can I arrange for dinner?
- Our menu always offers 4 choices, including some simple dishes for children. In any case, you can request an alternative when filling out the menu (the evening before).
- For very small children who need baby food, it is possible to arrange the time and method directly with the dining staff: our kitchen will prepare broth and/or puree with fresh vegetables upon request. We do not provide flours and baby food.
Are drinks and the beach included in the rates?
- In the HALF BOARD rate with DINNER, beverages at DINNER (water and Coca Cola/ Fanta) are included FREE of charge – wine and other beverages are at an additional cost.
- Beach service (umbrella and sunbeds) is NOT included in the B&B and HALF BOARD rates but can be requested at a discounted rate reserved for our guests by contacting Bagni Fabio 84 directly.
Are animals allowed in the hotel?
- Small pets can stay by prior agreement with the hotel and with a small contribution. However, the hotel does not provide for their food, so we kindly ask guests to make their own arrangements.
To continue welcoming your four-legged friends, we ask you to ensure peace in the room, even when your furry friend is alone. Please note that entry into the dining areas (breakfast and dinner) is not allowed, and we do not have a dedicated room for them. - Small to medium-sized dogs are allowed only in the outdoor seating area during dinner, weather permitting. In the event of wind or rain, dinner will be moved indoors and dogs will not be allowed.
Where can I park?
It is possible to reserve a parking space in the covered parking lot affiliated with the hotel, located 400 meters away, to be requested during the booking phase subject to availability. The service has an additional daily cost with a discounted rate and is available from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
In case of unavailability of parking spaces, scratch-and-park permits are available at the reception, allowing you to park the car* in blue- lined spaces, in the underground parking of Piazzale Curiel, and in the parking under the Congress Centre.

Is it necessary to send a deposit to confirm the reservation?
- Yes, a confirmatory deposit is required for confirmation, and it is necessary to refer to the agreed conditions at the time of booking.
- Booking can be done via email, online booking, and/or phone with written confirmation by sending a Bank Transfer or via Credit Card.
What happens in case of cancellation or early departure?
For cancellations and/or changes to the reservation, always refer to the cancellation conditions and policies indicated in the quote and/or confirmation email.
Early departure: In the event of early departure, 3 nights per person will be charged as compensation.
What are the accepted payment methods?
The ONLY accepted payment methods are:
- Cash
- Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- Apple Pay, debit cards (Bancomat, Vpay, Maestro) NO CHECKS
Payment must be made by the day of departure, and no payments are allowed after departure.
Are connecting rooms or Family Rooms available?
Yes, we have some connecting rooms and some family rooms. The features, dimensions, and services of each room are described in the room descriptions so that you can choose the best solution.
What does half board include?
Half board includes:
- overnight stay
- breakfast
- dinner with a menu offering 4 choices
In the HALF BOARD rate with DINNER, beverages at DINNER (water and Coca Cola/ Fanta) are included FREE of charge – wine and other beverages are at an additional cost.
What happens if I don't consume some meals?
Unused meals are not refunded, but in the event that there are several days when dinner is not taken, in agreement with the management, it may be possible to consider changing the room treatment from half board to bed and breakfast.
Is a bicycle service available?
Yes, the hotel bicycles, subject to availability, are available free of charge to all customers (maximum 2 hours per person to allow everyone to benefit). They cannot be reserved; before use, please request the keys at the Reception.
The service is available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Do you have WiFi connection
Certainly. WiFi connection is available in both the rooms and common areas, and the service is free.
